From our farm gate to your dinner plate
Our farm shop offers the highest quality of home-reared meat from our very own farm. Our butchery counter in the heart of the farm shop is the food hall to our farm, with no food miles. Our herd of Aberdeen Angus cattle, outdoor bred pigs and flock of sheep supply our counter
Our cattle and sheep are raised and graze on the very land surrounding the farm shop, in the heart of the Aberdeenshire countryside. With full traceability, when not grazing in the fields, their diet is supplemented with grains grown and harvested on the farm. Our pigs are raised outdoors just 2.4 miles from our farm shop and 73% od their diet is grown on the farm.
In our butchery, we have complete control over what we can provide in our counter which allows us to maintain our strict attention to quality. We dry age our beef for a minimum of 28 days, to really ensure the meat is at its best. We make all our own burgers and sausages which are not only for sale in the shop but we also supply the restaurant and drive through with these also for their menu.
If you fancy trying something a little bit different, why not give our homemade delicatessen items a taste? Our best-selling pies, scotch eggs and sausage rolls are available daily and you will not be disappointed. This is just a few of the many popular products we offer.
Our butchery team are constantly trying new things and introducing new ideas to keep the counter fresh with different flavours and recipes.
Available every week from our butcher counter, our popular Pensioners packs are offered every Tuesdays & Wednesdays. You will receive 5 meals for 2 people, plus tatties, vegetables, soup, or pudding, all for just £23. You do not need to be a pensioner to purchase this pack!
We also offer Value packs each week which include 4 meals for 2 people plus sides for just £23.
