The Still

A selection of over 150 Whisky’s sourced from all six of the Whisky making regions of Scotland-Highlands

Bringing together the very best of Scotland’s natural resources

The Still, takes pride of place at the very centre of our Farm Shop. Over 750 manhours went into making our Still at Graeme’s workshop just a mile down the road at Lethenthy cabinetmakers. Using local Oak, for the rafters and pillars, from a large Oak sourced not 10miles away from the grounds of Drum Castle, which has been dated back to the start of the French Revolution in 1789. The crown of The Still is topped by with a traditional Copper Doig ventilator and the whole structure is testament to the skill and craftsman’s ship of Graeme and his team of cabinetmakers, and we simply couldn’t be happier with it.

Inside you’ll find a carefully curated selection of over 150 Whisky’s sourced from all six of the Whisky making regions of Scotland- Highlands, Lowlands, Cambeltown, Speyside, Islay and The Islands. There’s an extra special curated selection in the glass cabinet, just ring the bell in the centre of The Still and we’ll join you with the cabinet keys.

We also have a wide and varied selection of Scottish Gins and Local Ales on the shelves too. With wines for any pallet and any occasion.
